Grab your running shoes and your best Forrest Gump attire - it's Shrimp Season in the Lowcountry! That means it's time for the Beaufort Shrimp Festival’s annual Run Forrest Run 5k. Race through iconic movie locations to make Lowcountry history and feel the ocean breeze as you compete over Woods Memorial Bridge.

- Pre-registration (Prior to 9/1/24): $40
- Regular registration (9/1/24 - 10/5/24): $45
- Late registration (10/4/24 - 10/5/24): $50

🚗 Parking
The morning of the event, parking is first come first serve. Recommend carpooling and check the Park Beaufort site for directions to parking spaces within walking distance to the race start line at 1006 Bay St, Beaufort, SC 29902.
👕 T-Shirt Giveaway
If you've previously registered, select your size for the race shirt. Pick it up during Race Packet Pick-up or day of the race at the Start / Finish line. Register by September 1, 2024 for a FREE shirt. Color and pattern may vary.
🏆 Awards
Top 3 overall male & female awards and age groups awarded. The race is open for runners and walkers of all abilities. Awards ceremony immediately following the race. Proceeds support the Beaufort Digital Corridor Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
