Event Overview

Race Details

• Course: The race will begin at Herndon Park in Durham.
• Route: Runners and walkers will run an out-and-back on the American Tobacco Trail.
• Finish: The finish line is at the park, where refreshments and awards will be provided.
• Parking: Available at Herndon Park, 511 Scott King Road in Durham. Follow signs to the starting line.

Purpose

• Support: All funds support outreach and education on organ, tissue, and eye donation in NC.
• Awareness: Build awareness of the importance of donation.
• Community: Celebrate the hero in all of us!

Registration Details

• 5K Run/Walk/Roll: $35.00 per person – Includes a t-shirt, a bib with a timing chip, and refreshments after the event.
• 1-Mile Fun Run: $20.00 per person – Includes a bib and post-race party!
• Sleep in Superhero: $25.00 per person – Receive a race t-shirt without the early wake-up!

Awards

• 5K Awards: Top Male & Female Overall.
• Age Group Awards: Top 1 Male & Female in age groups: 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• Recognition: Participants are celebrated for their achievements.
