🏅 Event Details

• Date: September 14, 2025
• Location: Herndon Park, Durham, NC

🎉 Race Description

• Start Point: The race will begin at Herndon Park in Durham.
• Course: Runners and walkers will do an out and back on the American Tobacco Trail.
• Post-Race: Participants will end back at the park for refreshments and awards!
• Parking: Parking is located at Herndon Park, 511 Scott King Road in Durham. Follow our signs to the starting line.

💰 Registration Fees/Dates/Categories

• 5K Run/Walk/Roll: $35.00 per person. Registration includes a t-shirt, bib with timing chip, and refreshments after the event.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: $20.00 per person. The Fun Run includes a bib and the post-race party!
• Sleep in Superhero: $25.00 per person. Can't run or just don’t want to get up early? Register as a Sleep In Superhero and we’ll send you a race t-shirt!
• Registration Note: Register by September 12 to ensure a t-shirt. Registrations after September 1 will receive t-shirts if available!

🏆 Awards

• 5K: Top 3 Male & Female Overall
• Ages 10 & Under: Top 3 Combined Male & Female
• Age Groups: Top 1 Male & Female in the following age groups: 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• Support: All funds go towards continued outreach and education statewide.
