7th Annual Veterans Heritage Ridge Run Event - 5K Trail Run, 10K Ruck Race & Family Fun Walk @ Sharps Ridge

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

This annual event is a fundraiser with proceeds supporting the construction and upkeep of Sharps Ridge Veterans Memorial Park. The event start point is at the Lincoln Park Technology Trade School, 535 Chickamauga Ave.

🌳 Course Details

• Loop Course: The courses proceed in a loop on the well-marked hiking trails of Sharps Ridge.
• Terrain: Trails meander through largely wooded and hilly terrain.

🏁 Event Options

• 5K Trail Run: Participants can choose to take part in a timed trail run.
• Family Fun Walk: A 1-mile option for families looking to enjoy the day together.
• Supportive Options: Participants are welcome to support, but also have the option to sleep in.
• Trail Inclusivity: All events take place on the Sharps Ridge trails.

🕒 Event Timing

• Registration: Registration will open at 8 AM.
• Race Start: Each race will start at 9 AM.
