Lace Up, Show Up, Pajamas On! Join us for the AutismTN Pajama Walk & 5K, where your love for movement meets a mission that matters! The Pajama 5K is a timed run on a certified course (see map below) and is perfect for runners of all levels looking for a meaningful race-day experience. This event doesn’t just get your heart pumping—it fuels AutismTN’s vital work supporting Autistic people and their families across Middle Tennessee. After the 5k, stick around for the 6th Annual Pajama Walk—a powerful display of community support, acceptance, and celebration. Walkers of all ages, abilities, and pajama styles welcome!

🏆 New This Year: Awards by Age Group!

• Categories: 12 & Under, 13–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+
• Recognition: Trophies will also be awarded to the Top 3 Overall Runners (not already winning an age group category)

📋 Race Details

• Weather: This race happens rain or shine!
• Refund Policy: No refunds allowed.
• Capacity: Capped at 150 runners for safety and planning purposes.
• Finishers: All finishers receive a medal.
• Timing: Runners have 1.5 hours to complete the course.
• Services: First-aid and water stations will be available.
• Facilities: Restrooms are available in the park, but not along the course.
• Restrictions: Bikes, hoverboards, rollerblades, and pets are not allowed on the course. Walkers are welcome but must start at the back.
• Service Animals: Service animals are welcome on a leash and must start at the back for safety. Email us if you wish to run with your service animal.

📝 Registration and Price Timeline

Register by August 20, 2025 to guarantee your event T-shirt! Late registrants may claim unclaimed shirts at the registration tent post-race (while supplies last).

• June 20–August 19: $35
• August 20–September 18: $45
• Race Day: $60 (if not sold out)
• Youth Discount: Runners under 18 years old will receive a $15 discount on all registration fees
