Join us for the AutismTN Pajama Walk & 5K, where your love for movement meets a mission that matters! The Pajama 5K is a timed run on a certified course (see map below) and is perfect for runners of all levels looking for a meaningful race-day experience. This event doesn’t just get your heart pumping—it fuels AutismTN’s vital work supporting Autistic people and their families across Middle Tennessee. After the 5k, stick around for the 6th Annual Pajama Walk—a powerful display of community support, acceptance, and celebration. Walkers of all ages, abilities, and pajama styles welcome!

• Age 12 & Under: Recognizing top finishers
• Age 13–19: Special awards for youth
• Age 20–29: Exciting competition
• Age 30–39: Join your peers!
• Age 40–49: Stay active, win trophies!
• Age 50–59: It's never too late!
• Age 60+: Celebrate your journey!

Trophies will also be awarded to the Top 3 Overall Runners (not already winning an age group category)

📅 Race Details

• Rain or Shine: This race happens rain or shine!
• No Refunds: No refunds allowed.
• Runner Cap: Capped at 250 runners for safety.
• Finisher Medals: All finishers receive a medal.
• Completion Time: Runners have 1.5 hours to complete the course.
• First-Aid Stations: First-aid and water stations will be available.
• Restroom Access: Restrooms are available in the park, but not along the course.
• Course Restrictions: Bikes, hoverboards, rollerblades, and pets are not allowed on the course. Walkers are welcome but must start at the back.
• Service Animals: Service animals are welcome on a leash and must start at the back for safety. Email us if you wish to run with your service animal.

📝 Registration and Price Timeline

👕 Register by August 15, 2025 to guarantee your event T-shirt! Late registrants may claim unclaimed shirts at the registration tent post-race (while supplies last).

• June 20–August 19: $35
• August 20–September 18: $45
• Race Day: (if not sold out) $60
• Discount: Runners under 18 years old will receive a $15 discount on all registration fees

Want to help make this event a success? We’re looking for volunteers to assist with event setup, race management, and post-event cleanup. 👕 Sign up by August 15, 2025, to receive an AutismTN volunteer t-shirt.
