• Location: Saint Catherine of Siena Parking Lot, 10 N Pocono Road, Mountain Lakes, NJ
• Registration: Open to runners, walkers, strollers, and kids

🎉 Race Day Details

• Start Time: 9:00 am
• Awards: Given to fastest male and female firefighters, police, EMS, and overall winners
• Entry Discounts: Available for fire, police, and EMS entrants
• Fun Activities: Post-race music, refreshments, and firefighting demonstrations

• Limited Parking: Available at St. Catherine of Siena Church
• On-Street Parking: Available on Pocono Road, West Shore Road, and nearby streets
• Parking Restrictions: DO NOT PARK ON EAST SHORE ROAD, NORTH CRANE, OR CRANE
• Parking Address: 10 North Pocono Road, Mountain Lakes, NJ

📍 Pre- and Post-Race Activities

• Location: Far end of the parking lot
• Activities: Registration, bib and t-shirt pickup, music, refreshments, awards ceremony
• Group Walk: Proceed to start line on East Shore Road before the race
• Start/Finish: Race will begin and end at East Shore Road
