🎉 Who Can Join

• Runners: Seasoned runners and casual participants are welcome.
• Strollers & Walkers: Runners with strollers and walkers can participate.
• Children: Kids are encouraged to join in the fun.
• Discounts: Special entry fees for fire, police, and EMS entrants.

🏆 Awards & Recognition

• Categories: Awards will be given to the fastest male and female firefighters, police, EMS, and overall runners.
• Age Groups: Medals for age group winners will also be awarded.
• Celebration: Enjoy a day filled with excitement and community spirit.
• Proceeds: Funds raised will support the Mountain Lakes Fire Department.

🚧 Parking Information

• Limited Parking: Available at St. Catherine of Siena Church.
• On-Street Parking: Available on Pocono Road, West Shore Road, and nearby neighborhood streets (Roberts Drive, Arden Road).
• Restrictions: DO NOT PARK on East Shore Road, North Crane, or Crane as they are part of the 5K course route.
• Accessibility: Ensure to arrive early to secure parking.

🎶 Race Day Activities

• Location: All pre- and post-race activities at far end of the parking lot.
• Registration: Day of race registration, bib, and t-shirt pickup available.
• Entertainment: Music, refreshments, and firefighting demonstrations will be on-site.
• Procession: Participants will gather and proceed to the start line together.
