• Date: Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025
• 5k Start: 8:00 a.m.
• 1 mi Start: 8:10 a.m.
• Packet Pickup: Starts at 7:00 a.m.

🚗 Parking Information

• Location: Park anywhere in the park.
• Start/Finish: On the back side, a short walk from the front parking.
• Activities: At Shelter 315 on the back side of the park.
• Fees: Parking is free.

🏃‍♂️ 5K Race

• Timing: Chip timed.
• Shirts: Gender specific shirt guaranteed if registered by December 3rd. Female runs small.
• Medals: Unique gnome finisher medal.

🏃‍♀️ 1 Mile Fun Run

• Timing: Not timed. Not chipped.
• Shirts: Gender specific shirt guaranteed if registered by December 3rd. Female runs small.
• Medals: Unique gnome finisher medal.
• Awards: No age group/overall awards. Under 17 must be with parent.

🌐 5K Virtual Option

• Shirts: Gender specific shirt guaranteed if registered by December 3rd. Female runs small.
• Registration: Closes December 3rd.
• Medals: Unique finisher medal mailed to participant.

🏆 Awards for 5K

• Overall Awards: Unique stuffed gnome awards to top three, male and female.
• Age Group Awards: Unique 5K age group awards, 3 deep for various age bands.
• Footwear: Running shoes from Feet First & New Balance for 1st place male/female adult and under 15.
• Gift Cards: $20 Feet First Gift Card to 1st place in each age group.

💲 Pre-Race Registration Fees

• 5K: $35. Price increases to $40 on August 10th, and $45 on November 11th, plus processing fee.
• Virtual 5K: $35 plus processing fee. Registration closes November 28th.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: $25. Price increases to $30 on August 10th and $35 on November 11th, plus processing fee.

📦 Pre-Race Packet Pickup

• Date/Location: Wednesday, Dec. 17th at The Running Center, 14427 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, 4:00-6:00 p.m.
• Date/Location: Thursday, Dec 18th at Feet First, 3401 Bay to Bay Avenue, 4:00-6:00 p.m.

🗓️ Race Day Schedule

• 7:00 a.m. – 7:45 a.m: Bib/shirt pickup.
• 8:00 a.m: 5K starts.
• 8:10 a.m: 1 Mile Fun Run starts.

🔄 Registration Transfers

• Policy: Race bibs/numbers may not be transferred unless done via 'managing your registration' on the website.
• Deadline: Transfers must be completed by December 6th.

💻 Switching Registration Types

To switch from 'in person' to virtual, go to your dashboard prior to November 28th. Click profile, scroll down to the race, then go to Manage Registration.
