📜 Description

• Event Host: The Denham Springs High School Cross Country team.
• Course: The race will go along historic River Road in Denham Springs and offers a beautiful course with lots of shade.
• Charity: All proceeds beyond administrative costs will be donated to the Denham Springs High School Cross Country and Track and Field programs.
• Registration Note: All participants that REGISTER BY Friday, July 20th will receive a t-shirt.

🎉 Post-Race Festivities

• Refreshments: After the race, drinks and food will be available while supplies last.
• Location: In the pavilion near the finish line.

💰 Registration Fees

• Early Registration: Through June 29th, $15 for 1-mile run, $30 for 5k.
• Regular Registration: Through July 20th, $20 for 1-mile run, $35 for 5k.
• Late Registration: Through August 2nd, $25 for 1-mile run, $40 for 5k.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Pre-Race Pickup: Denham Springs High School on Friday, August 1st, from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
• Race Day Pickup: Starting at 6:00 am at the race site.

• 5 and under
• 6-7
• 8-9
• 10-11
• 12-14

🏃‍♀️ 5k Age Groups

• 14 and under
• 15-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60-69
• 70 and over

🏅 1-Mile Awards

• Awards: Top 3 for Each Age Group - Prizes to be determined.

🏆 5k Awards

• Overall Awards: Top Overall Male/Female, Masters Champion, and Grand Masters champions.
• Age Group Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male & Female in each age group.
• Bonus: Overall Champions will receive a gift card from Varsity Sports.
• Custom Singlets: 5k Age Group winners will receive a custom singlet from Varsity Sports.
