🌳 Race Description

• Host: The Denham Springs High School Cross Country team
• Course: Along historic River Road, with ample shade
• Proceeds: Donated to Denham Springs High School Cross Country and Track and Field programs
• Timing: Officially timed and managed by Threshold Timing

🥳 Post-Race Festivities

• Food and Drinks: Available in the pavilion near the finish line (while supplies last)

💰 Registration Fees

• Through June 29: $15 for 1-mile run, $30 for 5k
• Through July 20: $20 for 1-mile run, $35 for 5k
• Through August 2: $25 for 1-mile run, $40 for 5k

📦 Packet Pickup

• Location: Denham Springs High School, 1000 N. Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726
• Date: Friday, August 1st
• Time: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
• Race Day Pickup: Starts at 6:00 AM at the race site

👦🏼 1-Mile Age Groups

• Categories: 5 and under, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14

👩🏼‍🦳 5k Age Groups

• Categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over

🏅 Awards

1-Mile Awards

• Top 3: Prizes for each age group

5k Awards

• Overall: Top Male/Female, Masters Champion (40 and up), Grand Masters (50 and up)
• Age Group: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male & Female in each age group
• Prizes: Gift cards and custom singlets from Varsity Sports
