About this race
Event Overview
We are so excited for the 11th annual Running Over Addiction event on 9/12/2026!
Running Over Addiction is held to raise funds and awareness for the West Branch Drug & Alcohol Abuse Commission, which provides comprehensive substance use prevention, intervention, and treatment services for Lycoming and Clinton County residents. Other community organizations that provide related recovery services will table during the event. Please take the time to learn from these valuable resources!
Event Details
- Location: South Williamsport Park Complex, 545 E. Central Ave., South Williamsport PA 17702
- 5K Start Time: 10:00 AM (Race check in and day of registration will begin at 8 AM)
- Virtual 5K/10K Start Time: Can be completed anytime in September wherever you are. (Virtual Participants that register before the shirt deadline will have their shirt shipped out by 9/20/26.)
- Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 in-person finishers!
Registration Information
Children age 10 and under participating in the 5K can register for FREE. No shirt is included with the FREE registration. All participants must register to sign a waiver, but no fee will be charged. Only participants who register by midnight on 8/20/26 will be guaranteed to receive a shirt with their registration.
