🎯 About Us

Join us in celebrating our Burges community and its rich traditions. We aim to collect funds to support Burges students and award scholarships to our senior class. We successfully awarded a deserving senior our first $2024 scholarship this past June. Help us in supporting our cause and join us for this festive day.

This year's goal is to award more scholarships to deserving 2025 Burges grads!

💰 Events and Fees

2024 Launch Rate

• 5K Run: $20.00 (by September 2, 2024) / $25.00 (after 9/3/2024)
• 1 Mile Walk: $20.00 (by September 2, 2024) / $25.00 (after 9/3/2024)

Early Bird Rate

• 5K Run: $25.00 (on September 3, 2024) / $35.00 (after 10/31/24)
• 1 Mile Walk: $25.00 (on September 3, 2024) / $35.00 (after 10/31/24)

Day of Race Price

• Price: $40.00

🏆 Awards and Prizes

• First 200 entrants: Receive a shirt.
• Refreshments: Provided at the end of the race for all participants.
• Top 3 overall male and female winners: Will receive trophies.
• Largest team award & best costume prizes: Available.
• Sashes: Awarded to top 3 male and female age groups in 5K run by age groups: 9-under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.

📋 Additional Information

• Team Registration: Sign up as a team! A discount of $2.00 per participant for teams with more than 10 members.
• Pre-Race Packet Pick Up: Friday, November 15, 2024, from 12 PM – 5:00 PM at Burges High School.
• T-Shirt Availability: Any registration received after 10/31/24 is not guaranteed a t-shirt.
