🏃‍♂️ Road Delay

• Information: According to TDOT, work will be in process for the north bound lanes around the exit to Caryville from I 75 on Saturday.
• Advice: It might be advisable to get off the interstate at Rocky Top and take the two lane highway up to Caryville if you are coming from the south on I 75.

📍 Location

• Venue: Cove Lake State Park, I-75, Exit 134.
• Directions: After traffic light take first left to Cove Lake State Park entrance.
• Start Time: Race Starts at 8 a.m. EDT.
• Packet Pickup: Available from 6:30 am until 7:45 am at the admin building adjacent to the start line location.

🏞️ Course Description

• Scenery: A course with a beautiful view of nature on paved trails through the woods.
• Lake Shore: The course runs along the lake shore.
• History: Cove Lake 5K has been a popular event from its beginning in 1998.

📝 Registration

• Deadline: Race Day online registration will close prior to 7:45.
• Fees: $30  After June 2 through race day the Race Fee will be $35.
• Shirt Registration: Register by June 6 to ensure shirt order & size.
• Availability: Runners will receive shirt on the day of race as supply lasts.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Winners: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd for Male & Female categories.
• Age Categories: Masters (40+), Grandmasters (50+), and Veterans (60+).
• Divisions: 12-under: 13-18: 19-24: 25-29: 30-34: 35-39: 40-44: 45-49: 50-54: 55-59: 60-69: 70-79: 80-up.
