Cove Lake 5K

Race Description

Packet pick up on Saturday will be available from 6:30 am until 7:45 am at the admin building adjacent to the start line location.

Location

• Venue: Cove Lake State Park, I-75, Exit 134.
• Access: After traffic light take first left to Cove Lake State Park entrance.
• Start Time: Race Starts at 8 a.m. EDT

Course Description

• Scenic: A course with a beautiful view of nature on paved trails through the woods.
• Along the Shore: The route runs alongside the lake shore.
• Established: Cove Lake 5K has been a popular event from its beginning in 1998.

Registration

• Closure: Race Day on-line registration will close prior to 7:45.

Fee

• Standard Fee: $30.
• Late Fee: After June 2 through race day the Race Fee will be $35.

Race Shirt

• Registration Deadline: Register by June 6 to ensure shirt order & size.
• Distribution: Runners will receive shirt on the day of race as supplies last.

Awards

• Overall Winners: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd for Male & Female.
• Categories: Masters (40+), Grandmasters (50+), and Veterans (60+).
• Age Divisions: 12-under: 13-18: 19-24: 25-29: 30-34: 35-39: 40-44: 45-49: 50-54: 55-59: 60-69: 70-79: 80-up.
