Race Description

• Host: Sponsored by the Norris Area Community Foundation (NACF) in memory of Michael Curtin.
• Purpose: Proceeds benefit community grants for the Norris Area.
• Event T-Shirt: To be guaranteed an event t-shirt, you must pre-register by April 9, 2026.
• Community Focus: NACF supports the Norris Area, including Norris, Andersonville, Bethel, and Fairview.

Ways to Participate

• Renaissance Run: 5K Run or Walk: Starts at Norris Middle School, winds through historic neighborhoods.
• 1-Mile Fun Walk: Meanders around the Norris Commons sidewalk twice.
• Virtual Participant: A 5K Virtual Option for those unable to attend in person.
• Engagement: Virtual participants can share their time and photos on the Renaissance Run Facebook Page (@NACFRENAISSANCERUN).

Prizes & Awards

• Overall Winners: Top three male and female In-Person 5K winners will receive prizes.
• Medal Categories: 1st and 2nd place medals awarded in each category.
• Age Groups: Categories include: Children (11 and younger), Juniors (12-18), Open (18-39), Masters (40-59), Seniors (60-75), and Golden (75 & Older).
