Race Details

• Start and End: The race will start and end at a vacant lot on Eagle Bluff Road at the rear of the Eagle Gas and Food Market.
• Packet Pickup: Race packet pickup on the day of the race from 7:15 to 8:15 am.
• Start Time: Race starts at 8:30 am.
• Course Description: A challenging course leading to the top of Eagle Bluff with a 930 feet elevation gain.

Course Highlights

• Route: Starting on Eagle Bluff Road, head towards the mountain, taking a gravel road and switch backs.
• Photo Opportunity: Turn around at the top for a photo overlooking the valley.
• Elevation: Cover a course of just over 4 miles while climbing 930 feet.
• Satisfaction: You can proudly say, “I conquered the bluff!” when you drive along the four lane.

Event Purpose

• Organizer: This event is brought to you by the Campbell County High School Relief Fund.
• 501(c)(3) Organization: Our objective is to raise and accept funds for the benefit of Campbell County High School (CCHS) students.
• Scholarships: We award two $1,500 scholarships in Ken Bruce’s memory and one $1,500 scholarship in Nolan Baird’s memory each spring.
• Middle College Scholarship: In the past, we have awarded a $1,000 middle college scholarship to a CCHS junior.
