• Date: Saturday, December 7, 2024
• Location: 700 East Main Street, Charlottesville, VA
• Registration and Santa Suit Pickup: 8:30 - 9:45am
• Run/walk begins: 10:00 a.m.

💰 Pricing Information

• Adults: $25
• Children (ages 3-12): $15
• Children under 3: FREE!
• Children's pricing: Applied at the time of checkout.

🏆 Be a Claus for a Cause

• Purpose: All proceeds go to support the programs and services provided by The Arc of the Piedmont for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Team Fundraising: We encourage companies, families, and individuals to form teams to raise money for The Arc’s mission.
• Awards: Prizes will be awarded to the top corporate and family team fundraisers.
• Thank You: Your participation supports our mission!

🎉 Event Day Activities

• Costumes: Registrants will receive a Santa suit for adults and elf ears for children.
• Check-In: Arrive at Ting Pavilion between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. for costume pickup and donation submission.
• Snacks: Enjoy lite snacks starting at 8:30 a.m.
• Weather Policy: The Santa Run will take place rain, snow, or shine! No refunds can be granted.

🍻 Special Announcement for 2025

• Early Pickup: Join us on Friday, December 6th, from 4pm - 7pm at Random Row Brewery to pick up your Santa suit early!
• Support The Arc: Mention The Arc when you order a beer, and Random Row will donate $2 to us during this time.
• Location: Random Row is less than 1 mile away from the Grand Illumination event!
