Our training programs are designed to educate, motivate, inspire, and train those to do something they previously thought was impossible - complete a race! We do that through our incredible coaches who know what it takes to be successful.
Yes, you will finish your race but we know the true accomplishment of our program is the commitment you will make to yourself - to live a healthier and more fit lifestyle. And that is something that will reward you for a lifetime!

💰 How much does it cost?
- Price Range: $45-$85 per season.
📅 When can I start?
- 5K Training Session: Starting June 29th for Toledo Pride 5k on August 23, 2024.
- Half Marathon Training Session: Starting July 27th for Columbus Half Marathon on October 20, 2024.
- Full Marathon Training Session: Starting June 29th for Columbus Full Marathon on October 20, 2024.
🏃♀️ How far do I need to be able to run before getting started?
- Starting Point: Zero miles! Program is for all experience levels.
- What to Expect: All the guidance needed to start or reach new running goals.
🏋️♂️ When are the group workouts?
Workouts are on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Time and locations vary seasonally, announced via exclusive member newsletters.
