Join Second Sole and Saucony for the inaugural RUN SCHOOL experience!
📅 What
- A six-week program: Designed to help runners gain fitness, learn about running form and injury prevention, and have fun training in a group.
- When: Monday, August 5 through Sunday, September 15.
- Who: Open to anyone - from marathon trainers to those looking to improve. Two levels available without pace consideration.
- Rewards: Participants receive a $30 shoe voucher for Saucony, CEP socks, Bonk Breaker nutrition, Salt Stick, and a special edition T-Shirt.
📍 Schedule
Workouts every Tuesday at 6:00 PM and long runs on Sundays at 8:00 AM, with clinics covering various topics before each session:

- Date: Sunday 8/11 | Location: Second Sole | Workout: Long Run: lvl 1 - 6 // lvl 2 - 10

- Date: Sunday 8/18 | Location: Second Sole | Workout: Long Run: lvl 1 - 7 // lvl 2 - 12
