Paw Paw Rotary 5K Santa Run

🎅 Get into the Holiday Spirit with Exercise & Fun!

The Paw Paw Area Rotary Club is hosting its 14th Annual 5K Santa Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Freshwater Community Church. Proceeds from the Run will be used to further the Rotary Club’s efforts both locally & worldwide.

🎁 Participant Experience

• Santa Suit: Each participant receives a 5-piece Santa suit that is worn during the Run/Walk (kids under 12 receive a Santa hat).
• Donation: A $100 donation will be made to Rotary International's WASH program on behalf of the men's and the women's 1st place runners. Rotary's WASH initiative works to bring clean water, sanitation, and hygiene programs worldwide to communities in need.
• Community Fun: The Santa Run is enjoyed by participants and spectators alike. Enjoy our pre-run party with live music, treats, and time to visit with friends.
• Face Painting: To add to the fun, we will have a face painter available.

🕒 Schedule

• Registration: Onsite registration and event sign-in from 7:30—8:30 a.m.
• 5K Run & Walk: Starts at 9:00 a.m.
• Fun Walk: Begins at 9:05 a.m.

💲 Cost

• Early Registration: $25 Early online registration (until Wednesday, December 10th, 2025).
• Onsite Registration: $30 Day of event (After December 10th, 2025 online registration will be closed, please register on site on the day of the event).
• Under 12: Free for kids under 12.
• Every participant: Everyone’s a winner! Every Santa who participates is a winner, whether they’re just there for a fun run or working to beat a personal record. In addition to your Santa suit, a medal will be presented to each person who completes the Santa Run.

This event is NOT timed.

📍 Event and Onsite Registration

Early arrival is encouraged! Event and onsite registration will be at Freshwater Community Church. Pick up your Santa suit and enjoy live holiday music. To add to the fun, face painting will again be provided. And don't forget to come back in to pick up a healthy snack after the race.

☔ Bad Weather

The run will be canceled by 7:30 a.m. on race day if the weather is too severe. There will be no refunds.

🐶 Other Information

• Dogs: Dogs are not allowed on the course.
• Strollers: All walkers and participants with strollers will be required to wait until all runners have crossed the start line.
