Beat the Manure 5K at the Guilford Fair

Race Overview

• Event: A 5K at the Guilford Fair in Guilford, VT.
• Course: Hilly, loop course with a mix of paved roads, dirt roads, and trails.
• Elevation Gain: 226' total, with the first half mostly uphill.
• Finish: Gradually downhill with a fun, fast finish, except for a slight rise about 75 yards from the end.

Awards and Prizes

• Top Finishers: Prizes for the top overall female and male finishers.
• Age Groups: First place awards for female and male in age groups (12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+).
• Last Finisher Prize: A bag of local, composted horse manure for your garden.
