🎆 Easley Firecracker Frolic 5K

Welcome to the 33rd Easley FireCracker Frolic presented once again by the Easley Lions Club!

🏃 Event Details

• Date: July 4, 2025
• Location: Old Market Square, Easley, SC 29640
• Community: The entire community is welcome to this event!
• Dress Code: Wear your RED, WHITE AND BLUE...You can run, jog, or walk

🚦 Course Information

• Course Status: The course is not closed off: there could be some cars on the road.
• Safety Measures: Intersections will be monitored by Police and Lions Club Volunteers.
• Weather Policy: In the event of rain, the race will still run: however, lightning will delay the start until it's safe.
• Course Familiarity: The course will be the same as the previous years starting and ending at Old Market Square.

📅 Registration Details

• Early Packet Pickup: Academy Sports in Easley from 4:00-7:00 PM on July 3rd.
• Race Day Registration: 6:00-7:10 AM right beside the Start Line.
• T-Shirt Guarantee: Register by June 20th, 2025 to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
• No More Shirts: There will be no more shirts available after June 20th.

🏅 Awards and Prizes

• Age Groups: Awards for ages 0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-50, 51-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
• Overall Prizes: Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Overall Female and Male.
• Fun Event: The Firecracker Frolic is a RED, White and Blue Family Fun Event!
• Drawings: There will be unusual prizes and drawings for more gifts.

❤️ Charitable Contributions

• Funds Allocation: Proceeds will benefit various charities and organizations, including:
• Vision Care: Glasses and eye exams for individuals in need in Pickens County.
• Support Services: Lions Vision Services, Storm Eye Institute, Leader Dog School.
• Community Aid: Sleep in Heavenly Peace, SCSDB Foundation, and more.
