Race Background

• Honoring: Elliot P Fogg, a World War II Veteran, horse racer, and custodian at Windham High School from March 1974 until June 1999.
• Details: Passed away from lung cancer on July 24, 1999, one month after his retirement.

Registration Costs

• $26: Wicked Early Bird Pre-Registration through October 17th (Elliot's Birthday)
• $29: Early Bird through May 1st
• $34: Thereafter
• $39: Race Day Registration from 3:30PM to 5PM

Refund Policy

• No Refunds: In the event of catastrophic weather, a public health crisis, or extreme events, efforts will be made to hold the race on an alternate date.
• Virtual Option: If rescheduling is not possible, the race will be transformed into a virtual event.
