Please join us for the second annual Cancer Champions Walk-Run-Roll on Sunday, September 7th, 2025! Once again we are excited to offer 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, and Virtual Participation options.

Supportive Community: We are proud to support those impacted by cancer through personalized fitness, nutrition, and mindset guidance.
Focus on Wellness: Research has proven that exercise, nutrition, and positive mindset can help improve quality of life for those impacted by cancer.
Resource Funding: Proceeds will help provide comprehensive resources to new members seeking support every single day.

8:20 a.m. - 10K
8:30 a.m. - 5K
8:33 a.m. - One Mile

📦 Packet Pick Up

Date: Saturday, September 6, at Fleet Feet Sacramento (2311 J Steet), from 11am to 4pm.
Race Day: Pickup begins at 7:00 am at River Walk Park. Arrive 45 minutes early if picking up on race day.
Confirmation: Please bring the QR code from your confirmation email to check in for your bib number. Helpful if you have a screenshot of friends/family QR codes as well.

🚗 Race Day Parking

Location: Free parking is available at the CalSTRS building, located at 100 Waterfront Place in West Sacramento.

📋 Event Details

Your entry to the Cancer Champions Walk-Run-Roll includes the following:

Event t-shirt: Performance blend, Unisex sizing.
NEW for 2025: Finisher medal for all finishers.
Awards: Eligibility for overall and age group awards (5K & 10K).
Timing: Commemorative race bib and chip timing.
Refreshments: Post-race snacks and refreshments.
Fundraising: Option to create a team or individual fundraiser with chances to win amazing prizes!

All participants will be timed using disposable chip timing. Awards will be presented as follows:

5K and 10K: Top three finishers by gender will be recognized with an award, as well as age group prizes for specific divisions.
One Mile: Top finishers will receive an overall award. No age group rankings.

🌐 Virtual Participants

We welcome those who cannot attend in person but would like to participate. Sign up as a Virtual Participant and complete your event on or before September 7th, 2025. An event T-shirt is included, unless you opt out.
