4th Annual Dolphin Dash - A community trail run and fun run for all!

🏞️ Race Course

• Sacred Heart Catholic School trail run: Conquer this challenging, picturesque 5K trail run on our 100-acre campus.
• Highlights include the outdoor learning center, athletic complex, Stations of the Cross, and more.

💵 Cost

• 5K run/walk: $25
• Fun Run: $10

🏆 Divisions

• Ages 11 & under to 70 & above: Various divisions for participants.

🎖️ Awards

• Top 3 overall male and female
• Top 3 in each division: Medals will be awarded.

👕 Participation

• 5K participants: Receive a high-quality T-shirt with our logo.
• Sign up before 10/5 to guarantee a shirt.

🏅 Post Race

• Awards ceremony: Refreshments provided after the race.

📦 Packet Pick-Up & Race-Day Registration

• Packet pick-up: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on race day.
• Race-day registration: Available for 5K ($30) and Fun Run ($10).

⏱️ Timing

• Salisbury Rowan Runners: Timing the event. Bibs will be provided and all participants will be timed.

• Registration fees: Non-refundable.

🚗 Parking

• Location: Park in the lot by the church and school. Arrive early to pick up packets and get familiar with the campus.
