🌟 Race Overview
Join the Wilmington Road Runners Club for the Firefly 5K. A three race series that will take place across New Hanover County this summer. All races will take place on the last Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm.
📅 Race Dates
- Date: May 28, Halyburton Park, 7:00 pm
- Date: June 25, Hanover Pines Park, 7:00 pm
- Date: July 30, Long Leaf Park, 7:00 pm (followed by a social at The Brewers Kettle)
🏆 Awards and Prizes
- Awards: Overall Men’s and Women’s winner of each race
- Series Awards: Overall Men’s and Women’s winner of the three race series
- Winners: Get a custom race t-shirt!
👕 Participation Incentives
- Completion Bonus: Participants who complete all three races will receive a custom race t-shirt
- Drawing Entry: Entered into a drawing for free entries to the Seaside Shuffle 5K in October
- Cost: All three races are free to anyone who would like to participate
- Donation: A $5 donation to the Wilmington Road Runners Scholarship Program is suggested
