🌲 Race Overview

Set in scenic Little Bennett Regional Park, the Froggy Hollow 5 & 9 presented by Altra is a timed trail ultra event with 5-Hour, 5-Hour Relay, 9-Hour, 9-Hour Relay, and "More Than a 4-Miler" options.

• Venue: Little Bennett Regional Park, Clarksburg, MD
• Participants: New and veteran trail runners are welcome
• Loop Distance: 4.4-mile loop
• Organizers: Brought to you by Charm City Run Events and Altra

🍏 Aid Station

We'll have a fully stocked aid station on the course with a variety of food and hydration options.

🚫 Trail Regulations

Not permitted on the trail:

• Littering: Please keep the trail clean
• Pacers: No external pacing allowed
• Dogs: Leave your furry friends at home
• Strollers & Bandits: Not allowed on the trail
