Join the Prince George's Running Club (PGRC) on SUNDAY August 10th, for a fun, flat, and scenic 5k race through Lake Artemesia in College Park, MD.

📅 Race Schedule

• Women's Race: Starts at 7:30 am.
• Men's Race: Follows at 8:30 am.

📍 Location and Parking

• Venue: 5211 Campus Drive, College Park, MD 20740.
• Parking: Participants can park in the lot at Herbert Wells Ice Rink.

🏆 Awards and Prizes

• Premiums: Guaranteed to the first 100 registrants.
• Awards: Given to the top 3 finishers (both male and female).
• Age Groups: Top finishers in 5 year age groups (both male and female).

👩‍🦰 Women's Distance Festival History

This is the 45th year of the Women’s Distance Festival being sponsored and supported by the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). Since 1979 the RRCA has celebrated the history of women's rights to participate in running events at any distance and at any age. The race culminates the state of Maryland's RRCA Women’s Distance Festival Series.
