🏖️ Race Description

A 50 mile running relay winding through scenic trails, along the ocean on A1A, over bridges….all with 5 of your best running buddies. Finish it off with a beachside celebration with food and drinks.

🔄 Relay Race Mechanics

• Team Size: Create your team of 3-6 runners.
• Running Order: Each person runs twice, with one person running at a time.
• Team Vehicle: Get a team vehicle for exchanges and cheering.
• Finish Line: Collect your hard-earned hardware and enjoy the after-party.

🏅 New 25 Mile Option

Teams of 3 running half of the course. Teams will start at Waterfront Park and run legs 6 through 12, ending at the same finish line. Mileage is around 26.6 miles over 7 legs for the "HALF" option. The start time for the half option will be around 9:30-10:30a, once we have the 50 mile team paces we'll schedule all the start times.

📅 Start Time Information

Start times will be assigned to teams based on average team pace. Teams must have all runners added to their team page online before their start time can be assigned.

🚻 Team Categories

• Male: All male team or less than half women.
• Female: All female team.
• Coed: At least half women but not all.
• Ultra: 2 person team (Men's, Women's, Coed).

👨‍✈️ Team Captains

Each team must have a designated team captain. The team captain must first register and pay the entire team registration. Standard teams are required to have a minimum of 3 team members but may have as many as 6. Ultra teams will have 2 runners, plus a designated driver.

🎽 Runner Amenities

• Shirts: To all runners (long sleeves & hoods).
• Finisher Medals: To all finishers.
• After Party: With food and drinks.
• Chiropractic Services: Complimentary adjustments and massage provided by Palmer Chiropractic and Daytona School of Massage.

🏆 Awards

• Top 3 Overall: Awards for overall team performance.
• Top 3 Categories: Men's, Women's, and Co-ed regular and ultra teams.
• Creative Recognition: Most creative team vehicle and best team costumes.
• Charity Partner: Flagler County Education Foundation.

🤝 Volunteer Requirement

If any person on your team lives within Flagler County, your team will be required to provide one volunteer for the race. Sign up your volunteer online by January 15th. You also have the option to pay $50 and we'll provide a volunteer for you from our charity. If no one on your team lives in Flagler County you are exempt from providing a volunteer.
