Race Information
- Start Time: 5K/10K starts at 8:30 a.m.
- Events: 5K and 10K events are timed with awards for winners.
- Kids Challenge: Starts at 10:00 a.m. for kids ages 12 and under.
- Participant Shirt: DryBlend long sleeved t-shirts available, opt-out option available.
Awards
- Finisher Medals: All 5K, 10K, and Kid's Race participants will receive medals.
- Categories: Awards for overall winners and top finishers in age groups.
- Age Group Breakdown: Custom medals for top three male and female finishers.
- Age Groups: 10K: 13 & Under, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+: 5K: 9 & Under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
Proceeds
- Support: Proceeds support scholarships for Pleasanton students.
- Community Projects: Funds community and international projects by The Rotary Club of Pleasanton.
Dog Policy
- Well-behaved Dogs: Permitted in the 5K or 10K.
- Leash Requirement: Must be on a non-retractable leash.
- Starting Position: All dogs must start in the back of the pack.
- Comfort: Dogs should be comfortable in crowds and around other dogs.
Stroller Policy
- Stoller Use: Allowed in both the 5K and 10K.
- Starting Position: We ask that you start towards the back.
Packet Pick Up
- Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Fleet Feet Pleasanton from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.
- Race Day Pickup: Available from 7 am to 8:15 am (9:45 am for Kids Challenge).
- ID Requirement: No photo ID required: you may pick up for friends or family.
- Check In: Bring your QR code from your confirmation email.
In-Person Registration
- Registration Period: In-person registration available at Packet Pick Up and on race morning.
- Payment Forms: Debit/credit or cash: personal checks not accepted.
- Timing: Registration from 7:00 am to 8:20 am on race day.
