🏃‍♂️ Warrior's Rest 5k & Ruck

Location: 205 Elgin St, Muskogee, OK

Warrior's Rest and the Muskogee Fraternal Order of Police welcome you to run the Warrior's Rest 5k & Ruck on October 12th at the Depot Green in Muskogee. This event features a 5k Run/Walk at 8:00 am and a 9.25 Mile Ruck at 9:00 am. Participants are encouraged to take on the BRICK, running the 5k at 8:00 and the RUCK at 9:00.

All the proceeds from this event will go towards Warrior's Rest Goal of supporting the emotional and physical health of first responders.

📋 Event Details

• Location: Depot Green in Muskogee (205 Elgin St, Muskogee, OK 74401)
• Packet Pick up / Race Day Registration: Starting at 7:00 am at the shelter at the Depot Green Shelter.
• T-shirts: All participants who sign up by September 27th will receive a shirt: first come first serve after that.
• Ruck Rules: No specific weight requirement for your ruck. There is a 4-hour time limit (must finish by 1:00 pm).

• 5k and Ruck Courses: USATF Certified 5k Course. See 5k and Ruck Maps Below
• 5k Awards: Medals to the top 3 Male and Female in each 5k age group, Trophies for overall Top 3 Male and Females.
• Ruck Awards: Finishers Medal to all Ruck Finishers
• Brick Awards: Custom Finishers Brick to participants who complete the 5k and Ruck.

Warrior’s Rest Foundation empowers resilience in First Responders, their partners, and families by prioritizing emotional health and physical wellness to protect career longevity. This is done by training “peer” support teams with departments and providing a wide range of programs to support First Responders, their families, and partners.
