The 45th Annual Spring Water Festival will feature a 5K walk/run for 2026!

4 W Main St. Williamston, South Carolina 29697 (We will start and end at the parking lot beside McDonald’s)
💧 Why
All proceeds go towards renovations for the Mineral Spring Park.
🏅 Runners
- Registration fee: includes a race shirt, bib, and timing chip.
📦 Packet Pickup
- Location: will be held race morning starting at 6:30am.
👕 Shirts
- Availability: Race shirts can be added on to any registration for $12 each before April 18, 2026.
🏆 Prizes
Cash and gift card prizes will be awarded to the top 3 females and males.
