Virtual Option

Our 2025 race is in person, but we also have a virtual option. Keep reading to learn how virtual races work.

• Virtual Race: Runners sign up and complete a run on their own without an actual race location.
• Result Submission: On race day (DEC 21), participants will receive instructions on how to send in their results.
• Flexibility: You can run any distance at any pace: there is no real 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place.
• Race Window: The race window is from December 21 to December 25, with t-shirts and finisher medals shipped to participants.

Medal Eligibility

Do I have to actually run to get the medal? Short answer is YES, but walking is also acceptable. Runners must actually submit results or mark on the results link as having completed their run to receive the medal.
