YMCA REINDEER RAMBLE 5K

🎄 About This Race

• Community Atmosphere: For the 18th year, the Reindeer Ramble will provide a great community-building atmosphere that brings people together from all walks of life.
• Fundraising: This event is a strong source of the YMCA's fundraising effort that helps to provide assistance to children and families through our financial assistance program.
• Impact: Participants who register for the Reindeer Ramble should feel proud to know that their registration is helping to fund our Annual Campaign efforts that impact thousands of lives in our community!
• Generosity: Through the generosity of donors, our financial assistance program offers families a way to apply for assistance on a sliding fee scale designed to fit each individual's financial situation.

• Early Registration: Sep. 3 - Oct. 13, Race Fee: $25
• Regular Registration: Oct. 14 - Nov. 10, Race Fee: $30
• Late Registration: Nov. 11 - Dec. 1, Race Fee: $35
• Last Minute Registration: Dec. 2 - Dec. 14, Race Fee: $40

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, December 13
• Time: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. - High Street YMCA
• Race Day Pickup: Available starting at 8:30am at Keeneland
• Details: Packets will also be available on race day starting at 8:30am at Keeneland.

👕 Shirts

• Commemorative Shirt: Participants will receive a commemorative Reindeer Ramble shirt with registration, based on availability.
• Preferred Size: Due to inventory selection, the sooner you register, the greater chance you'll be able to get your preferred size.
• Size Exchange: If the size you need is no longer available, you'll be able to select a different size that is in-stock or swap it out for the correct size during our packet pickup.
• Inventory: We will only have a few shirts in each size in our exchange inventory, so it will be first come-first serve with exchange availability.

• Overall Awards: Top 5 Overall Males & Females
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Males & Females in each age group
• Team Awards: Top 3 Overall Teams
• Age Groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over.

🤝 Race Teams

• Team Registration: One member of the team shall create the team name upon registration.
• Discounts: Teams with at least 5 participants are eligible for a $2.50 discount, while teams with at least 10 participants are eligible for a $5.00 discount.
• Award Plaque: The top 3 teams will receive an award plaque for their success!
• Team Members: Each team member that signs up after the team is created can simply click the drop-down menu to select the team they wish to join.

🌍 Virtual Race Time Submission

• Where: Virtual participants may run/walk their 5K any place in the world!
• Time Submission: You will be able to submit your times from Monday, December 9 through Saturday, December 14.
• Awards: Virtual participants are not eligible for awards, but are still eligible to receive their race shirt during packet pickup!
