• Annual Event: This is our 2nd annual 5K trail run around scenic Clinton Nature Preserve in Villa Rica, GA.
• Medals: Awards for the top 3 in each age group (10 year increments).
• Finishers: All finishers will receive a race shirt, snacks, and drinks.
• Participants: Runners and walkers are both welcome.

💖 Purpose of the Event

• Proceeds: Funds go to Circles Douglas County, supporting families in financial stability.
• Mentorship: Families matched with middle- to high-income mentors.
• Skills Training: Includes personal finance, employment, and communication skills.

• Participant: Just signing up contributes to our cause.
• Participant + Donation: Use the “Donate” button during Sign Up for extra support.
• Phantom Runner: For those who want to support but not run, choose this option at sign-in.

• Three Months Out: Dec 13, 2025 - Feb 13, 2026 = $35
• One Month Out: Feb 14, 2026 - Mar 6, 2026 = $40
• One Week Out: Mar 7, 2026 - Race Day (Mar 14, 2026) = $45

🏁 Course Information

• Trail Run: The 5K course follows the cross-country events at Clinton Nature Preserve.
• 5K Race Course
• 1 Mile Fun Run

🗓️ Race Day Schedule

• 7:00 am: Registration and Check-in Opens (bib distribution and last minute sign-up).
• 7:30 am: Optional walkthrough of the course.
• 8:00 am: Start of the 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run.
• 9:00 am: Award Ceremony.
• Note: Same day sign-ups via your phone - no cash.

The event will be rain or shine, excluding thunderstorms.
