Bear Creek Trailathon: Winter Endurance Challenge

Welcome to the Bear Creek Trailathon Winter Endurance Challenge!

Event Details

• Event Date: January 17th, 2026
• Start Time: 10:00 AM
• Duration: Timed, loop-style "race" for 6 and 12 hours
• Location: 305 SW Branson Cir, Robbins, NC

Race Format

• No Minimum Distance: Participants can run/walk as little or as much as they want
• Laps: Course options include a 1.3 mile and a 3.1 mile (5K) loop
• Awards: Prizes for runners or teams completing the most mileage
• Goals: Perfect for aiming for a distance PR or enjoying a fun day with the running community

Event Schedule

• End Time: 4 PM or 10 PM on January 17th
• Cutoff: All laps must be completed by the end time to be counted
• 5K Timed Lap: Available for those wanting a timed/recorded lap for bragging rights
• Notification: Inform staff at base camp when ready for timing
