Bear Creek Trailathon: Winter Endurance Challenge

Welcome to the Bear Creek Trailathon Winter Endurance Challenge!

Event Details

• Event Date: January 17th, 2026
• Start Time: 10:00 AM
• Duration: Timed, loop-style "race" over a 6 and 12 hour time frame
• Location: 305 SW Branson Cir, Robbins, NC

Race Format

• No Minimum Distance Requirement: Awards will be given to the runners (or run teams) who complete the most mileage.
• Course Options: Participants can choose between a 1.3 mile and a 3.1 mile (5K) loop.
• Flexibility: Runners may traverse any combination of the two loops throughout the day.
• Community Spirit: Aimed at those aiming for a new distance PR or looking for a fun day with the running community.

Event Schedule

• End Time: The event will end at 4 PM or 10 PM on the 17th.
• Cutoff Time: All laps must be completed by the cutoff time to be counted.
• Timed 5K Lap: Available for those wanting a recorded lap for bragging rights and potential prizes.
• Staff Assistance: Notify a staff member at base camp when ready for the timed lap.
