Rockin' Run & Roll 5K

Event Overview

You are invited to the Eighth Annual Rockin' Run & Roll 5K. This inclusive event is open to all with the goal of getting people from all ages and ability levels to participate and have fun.

Event Details

• Date: January 17, 2026
• Time: Commences at 8 a.m.
• Location: 6207 West Price Boulevard, North Port, FL
• Course: Flat, fast 3.1 mile race with water stations along the route

Participation Information

• Dress Code: Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite 90's era accessories
• Categories: Open to runners, wheelchair racers, and walkers of all abilities
• Registration: Runners will arrive approximately 1.5 hours prior to the race
• Post-Race: Registration and ceremonies at Morgan Family Community Center

Registration Information

• Fee: $30 through 1/16/26: $35 day of race
• Race Day Registration: 6:45 - 7:45 a.m., no cash accepted
• Pack Guarantee: Race packet bags & shirts are guaranteed for the first 200 registrants
• Proceeds: Help fund the Parks & Recreation Youth Scholarship Program

Packet Pick-Up

• Location: Morgan Family Community Center, 6207 West Price Blvd, North Port, FL
• Friday: Jan 16th, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Saturday: Jan 17th, from 6:45 to 7:45 a.m.
• Shirt Availability: RACE SHIRTS ARE SOLD OUT as of 8 a.m. January 17, 2026 or First 200 registrants.

Awards Ceremony

Awards will be presented immediately following the race to the top male finisher and top female finisher in the following categories: Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Master, Veterans, Overall Push Rim, and Best Dressed Dog. Age group awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in the following age groups - 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

There will also be an award for the team or organization with the most registered participants and an award for the Best Dressed Dog.
