Race Overview

The City of Fairfax is proud to be hosting the 2025 City of Fairfax Turkey Trot!

Event Details

• Date: November 27, 2025
• Time: 9:00 am
• Location: Near Fire Station 3, 4081 University Dr, Fairfax, VA 22030
• Course: Loop through Old Town Fairfax and George Mason University, finishing near the Fire House.

Registration Fees

• Before November 14: $40 for the 5K
• From November 15 to Race Day: $45
• Registration: Online registration will remain open through race day.
• Shirt Guarantee: Register early to be guaranteed a shirt: registrants after November 14 will not be guaranteed a shirt.

Packet Pickup

• November 25: PR Fairfax, 12:00-5:00 pm (11895 Grand Commons Ave, Fairfax, VA 22030)
• November 26: City of Fairfax City Hall, 12:00-5:00 pm (10455 Armstrong St, Fairfax, VA 22030)
• Race Day: Near the starting line starting at 7:30 am.

Awards

Awards will be given to the overall top 3 Male and Female finishers, plus the top 2 Male and Female finishers in the following age groups:

• 10 & Under
• 11-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60 & over

Proceeds

Proceeds and donations will directly benefit the City of Fairfax Fair Department Benevolent Fund. Thank you for your support.
