Join us for Evansville Day School’s First Annual Gnome Run 5k & Kids Gnome Dash on Saturday, 11/23/2024.

• Date: November 23, 2024
• 5K Start Time: 9 am
• Kids Gnome Dash Start Time: 8:30 am
• Age Group: For children 1 to 10 years old

🏆 5K Awards

Overall winner for each gender category for each of the following age groups:

• Categories: 1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

💵 Registration Fees

• 5K Registration Fee: $25 until 11/22
• Late Registration Fee: $30 on 11/22 or 11/23
• Kids Dash Registration: $10 per child

📦 Packet Pickup

Your race bib number and registration packets will be available to pick up in the main door vestibule at Evansville Day School on November 22nd from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm OR on RACE Day, November 23 at the Deaconess Sports Park from 8 am to 9 am, the start of the race. *They will not be mailed to you.

📝 Late & Final Registration

If you have not registered for the Gnome Run 5k and decide to get in on all the fun at the last minute:

• Location: Evansville Day School on race date at Deaconess Sports Park
• Time: 8 am to 8:45 am
• Payment: Cash or check required
• Fee: $30 per participant

PLEASE NOTE: All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

☔ Race Day

The race must go on!!! There will be no cancellations for inclement weather.

🕒 Timing

The race will be officially timed by “To the Finish.” Results will be posted at www.tothefinishtiming.com.

👶 Strollers and Pets

Strollers may be used in the 5K, but in the event of inclement weather please use caution to keep any children safe. Dogs and other pets as well as skates, skateboards, and scooters are NOT ALLOWED in any of the races.

🚗 Parking

Park by the main baseball field's entrance until that lot is full, then other lots in the park. Parking attendants will be available to direct parking to open lots.
