Hebni Nutrition presents the 3rd annual Arts and Heart 5k and Community Health Fair!

🌟 About Hebni Nutrition

• Foundation: Hebni Nutrition Consultants, Inc. is a community-based, non-profit (501(c)(3)) agency formed in 1995.
• Mission: Educate high-risk, culturally diverse populations about nutrition strategies to prevent diet-related diseases.
• Programs: Developed tools such as the “Soul Food Pyramid” and “Sisters: Take Charge of Your Health” to help at-risk populations.
• Focus: Serving those at risk for cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, and obesity.

• Registration Fee: Get chip-timed and scored for just $25.
• Events: Enjoy the 5k and Free Fun Run from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
• Community Fair: Explore our vibrant community health fair with a variety of vendors.
• Artisan Marketplace: Discover handcrafted goods that support local artisans.

• Kid Zone: Families are encouraged to join: a dedicated area with games and activities for children.
