Rahr & Sons Oktoberfest 5K Social Run/Walk - March

🎉 Event Overview

Mardi Gras, or Fat Tuesday, is just around the bend, signaling it's time to revel in the carnival festivities. Don your most dazzling Louisiana attire, complete with beads and bling—it’s a Mardi Gras thing! Come along for the Rahr & Sons Running Club's social run or walk, decked out in your festive best. After those joyful miles, we’ll keep the party hopping with brews and breakfast, Rahrdi Gras style!

And remember - The monthly Rahr & Sons Running Club social run/walk is your training for the annual and "official" Rahr & Sons Oktoberfest 5K. Think of it as a social stroll or sprint that primes you for the main event, where running meets revelry!

💳 Social Run Registration & Ticket Pricing

• Cost: Purchase tickets for $30 online.
• Includes: 3ish mile, self-guided run/walk (untimed) with bottled water at the start/finish.
• Perks: Three (3) free draft brew samples (must be 21+), custom pint glass and hot breakfast!

🕗 Social Run Schedule

• 8 - 9 AM: Check in for the social run/walk
• 8:30 AM: “Group” Start (run with the group and awesome beer pacers!)
• 9:30 AM: Breakfast available via the Holy Frijole food truck and post social run fun in the brewery
• 10:30 AM: Each month we’ll have games and/or a raffle with a chance to score some fun stuff, must be present to play and/or win.
• 11:00 AM: Last call
• 11:30 AM: Social run/walk ends and brewery closes

🐾 Social Run/Walk Notes & Tips

• All Welcome: All levels and paces are welcome. This event is untimed & always an awesome time! We are always rain or shine!
• Registration: We are cashless and paperless: all registrations are done online.
• Dogs: Dogs are allowed at Rahr Brewing. Dogs must have tags, be on a leash and are only allowed in outside, in communal areas. We hope to see you and your pups soon!
• Sign Up: Sign up online for $30, no refunds or transfers, once you are registered, you are registered!
• ID: Bring your ID!
• Kids: Kids in strollers are always welcome and are always free.
