Ed's Hurricane Hustle

Race Overview

Join Ed Piotrowski, Coastal Carolina University, Teal Nation, and Apex Promoz as we launch the 2026 hurricane season with an unforgettable 1-mile, 5K, and 10K race in the Carolinas.

This event will be streamed live, making it one of the most exciting race experiences of the summer.

Awards

Race awards will be given in the following categories for the 5k.

• Overall: Male & Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd (Based on gun time)
• Age Division Structure: (Age group awards are based chip time)
• Categories: 0 to 10, 11 to 15, 16 to 20, 21 to 25, 26 to 30, 31 to 35, 36 to 40, 41 to 45, 46 to 50, 51 to 55, 56 to 60, 61 to 65, 66 to 70, 71 to 75, 75+

Parking

• Location: Parking will be available at all Coastal Carolina University parking lots.
