• Competition: Fun competition for athletes of all ages and abilities.
• Course: Winding through trees, stepping through tires, hills, and more, symbolizing recovery challenges.
• Medals: Everyone receives a medal.
• Shirts: Early registrants receive a custom 5K race shirt.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 1 Mile Family Fun Walk

• Participation: A great way to get the entire family involved!
• T-Shirt: Each paid participant will receive a custom t-shirt.
• Pricing: Kids under 5 years old are $5: no shirt option is free with a fun item.
• Excitement: Because 5 year-olds don't get excited about shirts!

🌍 Virtual 5K or 1 Mile

• Accessibility: Can’t attend our event? We offer a virtual option.
• Shipping: Items for the virtual option will be shipped after the event by June 16.
• Timeline: Virtual times can be posted from June 7-30!
• Participation: Join the challenge from anywhere!

• 5K Awards: Top 3 Overall Male & Female.
• Age Groups: Top 3 Male & Female in each age group 11 & Under, 12-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 & Over.
