• Event: 2nd Annual Celebrate Life Survivors 5K Run presented by Texas Oncology–Waco Cancer Center.
• Benefit: Proceeds benefit Texas Oncology Foundation, Inc., supporting cancer patients through assistance and survivorship programs.

• 5K Walk/Run: $30.00 Early-Bird Registration on or before August 29.
• Registration Fee: $40.00 after August 29: $15.00 for kids (12 and under).
• 1K Walk/Run: $20.00 Early-Bird Registration on or before August 29.
• Kids Registration: $30.00 after August 29: $5.00 for kids (12 and under).

👕 FREE SURVIVOR CELEBRATION LAP

• Registration: Free for the Survivor Celebration Lap.
• T-shirt: $15.00 for an event t-shirt.
• Shirt Guarantee: To be guaranteed an event t-shirt you must register on or before August 29, 2025.
• Notice: Shirt sizes are only guaranteed for those who register by August 29.

• Packet Pickup: Ascension Providence Auditorium (6901 Medical Pkwy, Waco, TX 76712).
• Race Day: Indian Spring Park (101 N. University Parks Dr., Waco, TX 76701).
• Check-In Opens: 7:30 AM.
• Start Times: 8:15 AM for Survivors Celebration Lap: 8:30 AM for 5K/1K (awards to follow race).

• Fundraising: Become an individual fundraiser and raise $100.
