🏞️ Race Details

• Terrain: It's entirely an off-road experience!
• Purpose: In recognition of Adopt a Shelter Dog Month in support of the ASPCA.
• Space: Limited number of in-person participants allowed: act now to secure your spot.
• Mission: To enrich the lives of our PawPals and promote their well-being.

🐾 Participants' Benefits

• Human Participants: Receive an official race t-shirt, finisher medal, and entrance into the state park.
• PawPals Participants: Dogs registered will receive a matching dog medal, race bandana, and entrance into the state park.
• Virtual Participants: Have until the end of October to complete the race and upload results.
• Email Notification: A mobile application email will be sent closer to race day for virtual participants.

💰 Proceeds and Location

• Proceeds: Help support ASPCA.
• Location: Rock Springs Run State Reserve Trail, 30601 Wekiva River Road, Sorrento FL 32776.
• Entrance Notification: Access via Rock Springs Reserve Road and Wekiva River Road in Sorrento, Florida.
• Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a six-foot handheld leash. Vaccination against rabies is required.

📅 Event Schedule

• 7:00 am: Packet Pickup/Check-In
• 8:00 am: Race Starts

• Awards: Top 3 overall male and female and top 3 male and female age groups will receive awards.
• Age Groups: Includes 7 & Under, 8-10, 11-14, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84-85-89, 90+

• Park Entrance: Entry for the participant and one guest is included with in-person 5k registration.
