Join us for the Greater Sacramento Polar Plunge and 5/K Timed Run on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Granite Bay Main Beach at Folsom Lake. You can do the Run or do the Run and Plunge, it is completely up to you. Our theme is Wild, Wild West so however you choose to participate, don't forget your costume!
📅 Event Details and Schedule
The funds raised will support the sports, health and educational programming that Special Olympics provides for free to children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

- Medals: All participants will receive a commemorative medal.
