Welcome Fox River Trail Runners: TRFJ designated as part of the FRTR circuit races.

Choose IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL. Single event...or compete in more than one: Run / Walk / Ride / Golf.

REVISED ROUTE FOR TRFJ2025 ONLY.

Please note, due to construction at Glenbard West High School, the course has been revised for this year only. Please pay close attention to course marshals.

• Skin Screening: Complimentary skin screening with dermatologist.
• Course Map: Course Map.
• Hospitality Tent: For those touched by the disease.
• Accessibility: Course is paved and accessible for people with disabilities. Food and drinks will be available to participants at the finish line.

• Participation: Sign-up and compete in 3 events to receive a TRFJ Tri-Athlete medal and shirt.
