The BNA 5K on the Runway offers participants a unique opportunity to run on an actual airport runway at Nashville International Airport. This one-of-a-kind event provides an unforgettable experience while supporting three meaningful organizations: Nashville State Community College, Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, and Musicians on Call. Proceeds from the race help support education, fight hunger, and bring the healing power of music to those in need. Whether you’re a competitive runner or just looking for a fun way to experience the airport from a new perspective, the BNA 5K on the Runway is an event you won’t want to miss.

📦 Packet Pickup Information

• Date & Times:
  • Wednesday, April 30, 2025 (6:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
  • Thursday, May 1, 2025 (12 p.m. - 7 p.m.)
• Pickup Location: Consolidated Services Facility, 815 Hangar Lane, Nashville, TN 37217 (Near Nashville International Airport)
• Swag: All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt (unisex) and a medal!
• Shirt Sizes: Must register by March 18 to guarantee preferred size. Exchanges on race day, subject to availability.

ℹ️ Additional Information

• Strollers: Jogging strollers are allowed. Start behind runners to minimize risks.
• Children: Free for children in strollers unless they want a medal and t-shirt.
• Dogs: Allowed, but start at the back with no retractable leashes.
• Participation: Children must be registered to receive a t-shirt and medal.
