• Fun Runs: Enjoy fun group runs, social events, and the ultimate opportunity to bond over shared goals.
• Inclusive: Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, we welcome all paces.
• Relaxed Environment: This is a smaller, private group run with a cap per wave.
• Age Friendly: All paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) are welcome - Run or Walk!

⏱️ Timing

• Optional Timing: You may track your time on an app (Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run, etc.) and submit your times with our easy form to be posted online.
• No Timing Chips: This is a stress-free run to support you in achieving your goals!

• Location: G.R. Herberger Park, Phoenix, AZ
• Wave Times:
  • Wave A: 7:30AM
  • Wave B: 8:00AM
  • Wave C: 8:30AM
• Late Runners: Can run upon arrival: coordinators stay for 3 hours after the first wave.

• Flexible Timing: Our Virtual Run uniquely offers a Training Pack with Digital Tools to support your run.
• Submit Results: After you finish, submit your results to receive your medal!
