- Event: 5k run/walk/roll with live music on the racecourse.
- Perks: Cool shirt and after-party at Fratello's Restaurant & Bar.

- Activities: Kids' activities including pony rides, inflatables, face painting and more.
💖Beneficiary Information
This year’s Sea Girt 5K will benefit Sea Girt Recreation and The Kindness Café, located in Spring Lake Heights, which provides meaningful employment opportunities in a supportive and uplifting environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 📅Registration Details
- Opening: Registration Opens on Saturday, March 22nd at 8AM!
- Race bib: Race bib will be mailed out if you register by June 30th.
- Kid's Races: Does not include Kids' Races - pickup bib with t-shirt.
- T-Shirt Pickup: 4 - 7 PM, Friday, August 1st and 6:30 – 8:30 AM, Saturday, August 2nd.
🌧️Weather Policy
- Rain or Shine: Race is rain or shine.
- Postponement: Will only be postponed if weather is a danger to participants (lightning, hurricane).
- Presence Required: Must be present to collect t-shirt or any giveaway.
- Refunds: No refunds, credits or exchanges.
