Sea Girt 5K & Kids' Races - 2025 - To Benefit Sea Girt Recreation and the Kindness Cafe!

• Opening Date: Registration Opens on Saturday, March 22nd at 8AM!
• Race Date: Join us for the 34th edition of a Jersey Shore summer tradition!

🏃‍♂️ Event Highlights

• 5K Details: 5k run/walk/roll with live music on the racecourse, cool shirt, and after-party at Fratello's Restaurant & Bar.
• Kids' Activities: Great community vibe with kids' sprint races and activities including pony rides, inflatables, face painting and more.
• Beneficiary: This year’s Sea Girt 5K will benefit Sea Girt Recreation and The Kindness Café, which provides meaningful employment opportunities in a supportive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

📅 Race Bib and Pickup Information

• Mailing Deadline: Race bib will be mailed out if you register by June 30th (Does not include Kids' Races - pickup bib with t-shirt).
• T-Shirt Pickup: 4 - 7 PM, Friday, August 1st.
• Late Registration: 6:30 – 8:30 AM, Saturday, August 2nd.
• Location: Located in Tents Across from Fratello’s Restaurant / Start/Finish Area, 810 The Plaza, Sea Girt, NJ 08750.

🌧️ Weather Policy

• Event Status: Race is rain or shine. Will only be postponed if weather is a danger to participants (lightning, hurricane).
• Giveaway Collection: Must be present to collect t-shirt or any giveaway.
• Refund Policy: No refunds, credits or exchanges.
