🐬 20th Annual Dolphin Dash 5K
This is our 20th Annual Dolphin Dash, in which we are raising money for Connect with a Wish. Connect With A Wish is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides children and youth in foster care in Hampton Roads with resources and support to live well and grow. All money raised from our Winter Carnival, Casholas, and this race will go to this charity.

- Registration Deadline: By May 2nd for T-shirt purchase
- T-shirt Cost: $10 (designed by an Ocean Lakes HS student)
- Race Entry Fee: $15, increases to $20 on race day
- Refund Policy: No refunds if cancelled due to inclement weather
🕘 Race Day Schedule
- Registration Begins: 8:30 AM
- Race Program Starts: 9:00 AM with the Mini Dash
🏆 Awards and Prizes
- Door Prize Tickets: Given to participants as they finish
- Additional Tickets: Available for purchase at $1 each
- Proceeds: Go to Connect with a Wish
- Extras: Door prizes, coupons, and food/drinks for all participants
