Taking Steps for Autism Walk & 5K run/walk

🎉 2025 Race Information

We are excited to see everyone in person this year at the 2025 Taking Steps for Autism Walk & 5K, sponsored by Field & Main Bank and 14News. The event is being held at the Vanderburgh County 4H Center, located at 201 E. Boonville-New Harmony Road, Darmstadt, Indiana 47725.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Dates: Tuesday, April 15th from 1-5:30p: Wednesday, April 16th from 9a-5:30p: Thursday, April 17th from 9a-6p
• Location: 3700 Bellemeade Avenue, Suite 116 (inside the Medical Arts Building), Evansville, IN 47714
• Day of Pickup: All shirts will be available for pickup on Saturday, April 19, the day of the event, beginning at 7am, at the Vanderburgh County 4H Auditorium.

📅 SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY

• 6:30am: Registration Opens for 5K
• 7:30am: Registration Closes for 5K
• 7:55am: Singing of the National Anthem
• 8:00am: 5K Begins
• 9:15am: Awards for 5K
• 10:00am: Kids Dash ages 0-4
• 10:05am: Kids Dash ages 4+
• 10:30am: Family Walk for Autism (This is a one mile walk!)
• 11:30am: Easter Egg Hunt
• 12pm: All Events End

👕 T-Shirt Registration

Those who register on or before April 5, will receive a t-shirt with all sponsors!

Overall Male and Female: Top 3 Overall Male and Female in age groups 0-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-99

Autism Evansville is not affiliated with any other autism organization, either locally or nationally. All proceeds from this event stay in our local community.
