Did someone say EMPANADAS?! Yes, we did!
Kick off the fall running season with MegaBite Events in Jefferson, where you can choose from a 5K, 10K, or a 1-mile walk around Lake Shawnee with your furry best friend—all topped off with FREE freshly cooked, golden, flaky empanadas from These Freakin Empanadas. Waiting for you at the finish line! 🎉
🐕 Participation Options
- Distances available: Choose from 5K, 10K, or 1-mile walk.
- Open to all: Event is suitable for all levels of runners and walkers (walkers welcome for 5K & 1M only).
- K9 walk: Dog owners are encouraged to bring their Fur Babies for the 1 Mile K9 walk or register for the 5K!
- Weather ready: This race happens rain/snow or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
